ZERO-GAP, MEMBRANE-LESS ALKALINE ELECTROLYZER

Zephyron tackles the issue of carbon deposits in internal combustion engines, which reduce vehicle performance and require lengthy, manual cleaning processes in workshops. Traditional cleaning methods are labor-intensive, time-consuming, and rely on harmful chemicals, leading to lost customers and high operational costs for workshops.
Zephyron’s solution is a patented, membraneless electrolyzer that generates hydrogen, which is then introduced into the engine. The high heat from hydrogen combustion effectively detaches carbon buildup from critical engine parts like pistons and throttle valves. This method drastically reduces service time, lowers costs, and eliminates the use of toxic chemicals, offering a safer alternative for workshop operators.
With Zephyron, workshops can increase throughput, reduce expenses, and provide a faster, safer, and more environmentally friendly service, leading to happier customers and higher revenue. Zephyron transforms automotive maintenance with a sustainable, next-generation approach to carbon cleaning.
