MyLiSA Laboratory Equipments Rental

To rent MyLiSA laboratory equipment, please do the followings:

1. Visit the UMCIE website - https://umcie.um.edu.my/ and proceed to MyLiSA sections.

2. Check out equipment rental rates Equipment Rental Rate

3. Download & fill up the (i) Registration Form for the equipment of interest, (ii) Letter of Liability* and (iii) Letter of Indemnity* and email to mylisa@um.edu.my.

4. MyLiSA will email quotations to the potential users.

5. Make payment through https://epay.um.edu.my/ and proof of payment to mylisa@um.edu.my

6. You will be contacted by the MyLiSA team when your reservation is confirmed. 

***NOTE: All users must sign and submit (one-off) the Letter of Liability and Letter of Indemnity before using any of the UMCIC-MyLiSA equipment.
