PLATELET-DERIVED EXTRACELLULAR VESICLES (PEV)

Our startup offers an innovative biological therapy called PEV (Platelet-derived Extracellular Vesicles) to address chronic pain in osteoarthritis (OA) patients. PEV is a minimally invasive, intra-articular injection administered directly into the knee joint, delivering significant benefits without the need for surgery, offering long-term relief and improved joint function.

WHAT IS P-EV?

Platelet-derived Extracellular Vesicles (P-EV) are derived from your own blood (autologous). PEV contains healing factors, such as bio-active proteins and growth factors. These are vital for tissue regeneration and repair. Platelets, once thought to be responsible for only clotting, have been proven to be a reservoir of these vital healing components. With advanced techniques, we are able to concentrate these regenerative healing factors in our current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) laboratory.
